TREVOR MARSHALL

Being involved with multiple retirement home developments, motels, motor lodges and 5 star hotels has provided Trevor with unsurpassable experience and know-how when it comes to the multifaceted construction industry. Previously a senior police officer for 24years, plus being a director of the Police Association and Police Welfare Fund has fostered a sound foundation for Trevor in his line of business, where pride of work and integrity are of the greatest importance. Throughout the years Trevor has been heavily involved with a variety of community based projects both personally and via Rotary Clubs. These transformative ventures include the redevelopment of Rotoiti Lodge OEC, supporting kids in schools with technology, providing housing to teachers in Fiji and Nepal, and being the Chairperson of the Nelson Santa Parade Trust...just to name a few. Born and bred in Dunedin, Trevor recognises a need for high quality apartments offering energy efficient attributes and comfort whilst ensuring refined, easy-living for its occupants.


DAVID MARSHALL

After exploring a variety of vocational opportunities and travelling the world, David decided to study, and graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Management (Project and Operations Management). David has since been involved with a myriad of development projects with the Christchurch rebuild being a pivotal starting point.  Consulting and managing renovations and upgrades for bars and restaurants, plus rest home developments being just some of the projects David has been involved with. He has owned businesses within the hospitality sector and participated in a multitude of community based work, fundraising for hospices and working alongside Rotary Clubs just like his father Trevor.  Contributing to the dynamic growth of Dunedin City and offering incomparable housing is something David is genuinely passionate about.
